The Ben Miller Lobby of the Performance Center contains three frescoes created by the increasingly renowned fresco artist, Mark Balma, completed in the original style of Italian Renaissance fresco artists. The centerpiece of the frescoes, The Mediatrix, faces all entering the center, honoring the Virgin Mary, Mother of God, the patroness of the university.
